The holiday shopping season is in full swing, but if you're out of ideas, try these on for size:
Crime for a cause: Wolfmont Press' now-annual anthology raises money for Toys for Tots. This year's contribution is titled The Gift of Murder and can be ordered from the Wolfmont site.
Several newspapers and blogs have already come out with their holiday book-buying guides, and I'm sure there will be more. For starters, check out the list from the Daily Mail, and a two-part list of recommendations from various crime fiction authors as compiled by Jen Forbus which you can find here and here. Jen's lists are included on the Buy Books for the Holidays blog which has ideas for other genres, too.
If you like your crime fiction holiday-themed, Janet Rudolph has a Christmas and Hanukkah list, and Mystery Net adds a few more.
CrimeSpree has book and video ideas, with promises of more to come soon.
And if you're looking for the person who has everything, perhaps a noir T-shirt is just the trick. Still stumped? Here's something for all those who hate to get up in the morning.

Thanks for the mention of THE GIFT OF MURDER! We're still shy of our goal for this year, so every purchase of the book, in print or ebook version, will help us toward achieving that goal.

Thanks for putting this anthology together every year, Tony. It's for a good cause, and I hope everyone will go out and buy a copy. It does make a great gift!
