Sleuths will once again descend on the Torbay/Devon area of the UK starting this Tuesday for the second annual "English Riviera Festival of Crime and Thriller Writing." Authors scheduled to give talks include Simon Brett, Diane James, Michael Jecks, Bernard Knight, M.C. Beaton, Mike Holgate, Ann Cleeves, Andrew Puckett and Graham Hurley. But that's not all—other highlights include plays, poetry readings, quizzes, an exclusive dinner at Agatha Christie's house, a murder mystery dinner on a steam train, a river voyage, writing workshops, and The Young Crime Writers 2010 awards. The fun continues through April 24th. (Hopefully, if you're going, you weren't planning on using an airline, since planes are still grounded throughout Europe thanks to fallout from the Eyjafjallajokull volcano.)
