Patti Abbott

So interesting to see what dates a book. And changing cultural mores is one of them.

Martin Edwards

Thanks for reminding us of him. He was a decent writer. I like his Rosa Epton books.

I need to get my hands on one of the Rosa Epton books -- sounds like a very interesting character, more so than Manton, perhaps.

Paul D. Brazill

I always used to see his books in Hartlepol library bt I've never read him.

I'd like to read some of the later books, after Underwood has worked with the Manton character for awhile. And, as Martin pointed out, the Rosa Epton books sound interesting, too. Our library doesn't have any of those, I don't believe, but there might be an e-book download out there.
