Patti Abbott

I have read some of her books but don't remember this one.

Yvette

This author's name is vaguely familiar, but I've never read any of her books. I have to say that Simenon's praise carries weight with me. :)

I will be checking out Nabb for sure.

Thanks for posting this review, B.V.

If you're a fan of Donna Leon and Michael Dibdin and/or enjoy Italian-themed mysteries, you'll definitely enjoy these, Yvette. Nothing flashy, but good solid mysteries.

I was surprised to see so many of her books still in print (and the library had several too), Patti, so if you want to seek them out, these will be easier than many others I've included for FFB. Of course, that will all change with ebooks, I suppose, which is both good and bad.
