Richard R.

This sounds like a lot of fun, I'll try to find a copy. Thanks for the review!

BV Lawson

It's hard to find, Richard, but I'm lucky my local public library has such hidden gems. If your library is likewise well-stocked, you might give it a try there.

Richard R.

No luck at the library, but I think there is a copy of the paperback at Powell's.

BV Lawson

Hooray for Powell's! Love bookstores.

Gram

Found it at my library consortium and put it on my list.

BV Lawson

Great news, Gram! Hope you enjoy it.

Richard R.

Got my copy yesterday, now it sits in the TBR bookshelf, awaiting it's turn.

BTW, congrats on your nomination, regrets on not-winning, as you deserved.

BV Lawson

That was fast, Richard! So glad you found it. Well, I was honored to be a Derringer finalist this year, even if I didn't win. It's such a great group of short-fiction writers that there's certainly no shame in not nabbing the top prize. And I am very grateful for all those folks who did vote for my story - if they're reading this, thanks!
