Graham

As it happens I just read this last weekend. It's a good book, though not really the style I prefer, as Brand gives us the thoughts and feelings of many of the main characters, often in the same scene. But I did enjoy it very much and will probably read more of her work.

FYI, the movie version of GREEN FOR DANGER is a stone-cold classic, one of the best mystery movies I've ever seen, and Alastair Sim is perfect as Cockrill.

What a coincidence, Graham! I agree with you about the style of this particular book - will have to hunt down "Green for Danger" via Netflix or Hulu again.

You can find "Green for Danger" on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sViUVhQYK0o

Thanks for the link, Barry! I keep forgetting to check YouTube for these things (even though we can now watch them via the TV set).
